This is what we need...

We need:

-Spriters (people that can edit sprites and make custom sprites)
-Animators (People that can make sprite animations)
-Sound Specialists (people that can integrate sounds and music into the game)
-Game makers (people that literally "make the game"... Coders or something, I'm not sure)
-Background makers (people that can make good sprite backgrounds)

Yeah, I can't do any of these, but I have the idea...
